Jacek Barczak

Jacek Barczak has represented domestic and foreign clients in court proceedings and arbitration, in particular regarding commercial transactions, construction projects, damages litigation, insurance litigation, real estate, transportation and securities. He has an extensive experience in drafting and negotiating business contracts and other agreements. He has participated as an adviser and negotiator in major transactions involving the sale and lease of real estate, construction contracts, e-commerce and trade transactions. He has also participated in the process of establishing and recording companies and partnerships under the Polish Code of Commercial Partnerships and Companies.
Prior to founding Barczak Rozpara Law Firm, he has gained experience in law firms and as an in-house lawyer in renowned companies. Graduated from the Faculty of Law, Nicolaus Copernicus University in Torun. Member of the District Chamber of Legal Advisers in Poznań, where he fulfilled his professional legal training and passed the Bar examination.
